What do you guys think about David Clarence's "Executor/Executrix Letter" ?

"... David says to stop chasing all these patriot/freedom law programs etc. Stop trying to jump through hoops finding a loop hole to separate yourself from the corp. and filing 1,000 page documents at the Sec.of State, County recorders, etc. and simply OCCUPY the Office of the Executor. This denies everyone else of having the presumption of having authority over anything having to do with the estate.
"They are (Gov't, IRS, etc.) presuming to have authority to administer the estate because they have no letter from the executors office giving them that authority.
"The executor letter is calling them to task by asking 'Where's your authority to Administer for the Estate'? ..."

What the Executor Letter is about is something like:
1. We were all given corresponding "trusts" at birth, by Government, via the birth certificate, having a name similar to our name;
2. At its inception, and over the years, the trust has accumulated billions in credit, denominated in $$ money;
3. The trust is not a living being; it's "dead;" it has no declared executor; the Government runs it;
4. Not knowing this, we have all taken to ourselves the identity of the trusts that are in a form of our name; this means that we are liable for everything that the trust is liable for;
5. We are liable for the things that Government says we are liable for, because we have unknowingly taken on the liabilities of the trust;
6. The Executor Letter is the method that we use to take control of our "dead" trust; Government has no control of it any longer;
7. The TRUST is the highest form of law in the world; we, now, control the Government through administrative procedures, and the $billions in credit that "our" trust owns.

My take of the Sovereignty Movement is this: I agree that all humans are sovereign to themselves. They are ruled by themselves and no one else, and that no one legitimately rules anyone---instead all rule is by force.
That said, I think it is crazy to use the tools of the state to free yourself expecting somehow the tools of the state will free you. That isn't what they were designed for and if they ever did those tools would disappear and you would find armed goons at the door informing you of your renewed fealty. There is no getting off the plantation via rules and procedure, because the rules are made by the bad guys and in no way limit the power they wield to cage, maim and murder anyone they desire.
The rules limit you. If you let them.

Doug Riddle seems to do most of his work through http://youhavetheright.com/home/ these days. But I haven't been following him a lot. I think that he isn't having quite the response that he was hoping for. But I don't really know. I agree with Powell's "Editor's Response" above. The trouble is, it is so easy to be out of the system and free from it that people don't believe it. They want (need?) all kinds of tricks and stuff to begin believing that it is possible. The Executor idea is one of the most powerful of these UNNECESSARY tricks.
You can do it the Executor way - "Executor" is simply another word for Grantor or Settlor in a trust situation, and it is powerful because of its legal history. But the best and easiest way that I have see is the Karl Lentz way. If we had people all over the country doing it the Karl Lentz way, good people would be out of prisons, 90% of the lawyers would be out of a job, the money system would return to normal (with or without the Fed banking system remaining in place), we would be out of the wars around the world, and all the good things that Ron Paul talks about would be implemented - if only people realized how easy it is to be free of Government leeches, including the IRS.
Are there examples of Doug's Response Letter?
I think that what a lot of freedom fighters are looking for is, the fork in the road where natural law becomes involuntary, governmental law. Why are they looking for this fork? They are hoping that they just might be able to use Government's laws against it, by "showing" Government people that Government laws were never meant to be used like Government people are using them.
I totally agree with you that "... instead all rule is by force." The thing that a lot of people never think of is, most (if not all) of the laws of nature are "by force" as well.
For example, if a person decides that he isn't going to breathe anymore, because he wants to live without the burden of breathing, what will happen to him? If he stops breathing, he will get dizzy, faint, and start breathing again, naturally, by the laws of nature. If he finds a way to keep from breathing even if he passes out, other laws of nature will kick in, he will die, and then he won't even have the freedoms offered to him by life anymore.
We MAY ultimately have to fight the force of Government with direct, physical violence. Yet, the point where the laws of nature actually start to become the laws of Government, just might be the place where we can force Government off our backs without the physical violence. And that's the thing that many of these freedom fighters are looking for, some without realizing that that's what it is.
There are many places on the Internet to go for all kinds of information about fighting Government, legally. It is unclear if anyone has found the point, the fork, where natural law forks into governmental law.
