Census Worker Accused Of Inappropriate Questions

Mertin said the man commented about her clothing, asked if she'd like a back rub. She said he even asked if she "was wearing pink undies." [remember, it's a $1,000 fine if you don't answer the census-taker's questions]

I saw in several places it is a $100 fine if you don't fill it out at all or $500 for giving false info. Please correct me if I am wrong.
