3 heads found along Mexican highway

A spokesman for the Chihuahua state Attorney General's Office says the heads were placed in three coolers beside a roadside monument known as “The Seven Little Heads” Thursday morning. With it was a banner saying, “For those who keep stealing.” Police found the heads after receiving a call around 7 a.m. Soldiers are searching for the bodies. Nearby Ciudad Juarez is across the border from El Paso and is Mexico's most violent city with more than 1,600 murders this year.
