Google has added a tool to provide a bit more transparency into the number of government requests it receives to remove or otherwise filter content.

The government requests tool is rather sparse; it merely shows the number of requests it has received from each country, and the types of the content it has been asked to remove. There are no further descriptions of the removed content.
