prosecutor in two states, and founder and principal of the Morris Law
Firm, pllc, Richard is an attorney licensed in Arizona, California, the
United States Supreme Court, and various other federal courts. His
practice has a focus on wills, trusts, probate, business transactions
(both domestic and international) with an eye to protecting the client’s
assets from predators, and civil litigation. The motto of his firm is,
“We Right What’s Wrong” — and he means it. He is a former adjunct
professor of economics, and currently co-host of the Phoenix radio
program “Cover Your Assets” heard on News Talk 1010AM every Saturday
morning. Richard shows clients how to avoid many costly lawsuits by
building an inner wall of protection from predators (including customers
and disgruntled employees) who are just looking for easy prey, while
protecting confidential information.
