Calif. man accused in plot on Mich. mosque
• APA man loaded his vehicle with explosives and was planning to attack one
of the nation's largest mosques before law enforcement officers stopped
him outside the facility as mourners gathered for a funeral,
authorities say.

Right - Class C fireworks are "explosives" - because M-80s are illegal in Michigan. The guy was boasting about it in a bar. Alcohol involved, right? Some threat. Probably kept him from catching his SUV (and himself) on fire.
