If you are unemployed and young in this job market you may be s**t out of luck! The saying goes that it's much easier to find a new job when you currently have a job. We have unfortunately reached the point where it seems the only way to find any job is if you are currently employed. With the real unemployment rate around the 20% mark and corporate jobs creation extremely anemic, it is, as they say a buyers market for talent. In advertisements for job candidates the desire for already employed candidates to apply is not always just suggested but blatantly stated...
