Vengeancia The entity known as the "U.S. Citizen" is a vehicle programmed by the owners of the Federal Corporation dba the U.S. of A, to transfer all wealth, property, and humanity's unalienable rights, to the financial elite. The exact mechanism of this operation is the subject of scholarly research. Americans have become so dumbed down by the lamestream media, its propaganda machine, and the mandatory youth indoctrination centers aka "public" schools, that we no longer have the ability, collectively, to discern the truth of the matter. Each man and woman holds the key, individually, to love and fear; all we have to do to become a free nation once again is to turn it in the lock.

The purpose of establishing government is solely to provide "protection". Those who wish to be protected by a specific government must expressly consent to be protected by choosing a domicile within the civil jurisdiction of that specific government. Generally, those who have made such a choice and thereby become "customers" of the protection afforded by government are called by any of the following names under the civil laws of the jurisdiction they have nominated to protect them:

--"citizens", or "residents" (aliens) if they were born within the country in which the jurisdiction is a part.

--"inhabitants", which encompasses both "citizens", and "residents" but excludes foreigners.

--"persons", or "individuals".

In law, the process of choosing a domicile within the jurisdiction of a specific government is called "animus manendi". More.

That choice makes you a consenting party to the "civil contract", "social compact", and "private law" that attaches to and therefore protects all "inhabitants" and things physically situated on or within that specific territory, venue, and jurisdiction.

All people have the right to choose their domicile and politiical jurisdiction

In the year 1297, the phrase, "Law of the Land," was used in the Magna Carta. Perhaps the most famous clause of Magna Carta states:

"No Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgment of his Peers, or by the Law of the Land."

In a sense then, your consent to a specific jurisdiction by your choice of domicile within that jurisdiction is what creates the "person", "individual", "citizen", "resident", or "inhabitant" which is the only proper subject of the civil laws passed by that government.

A man or woman who has not consented to the jurisdiction of the U.S. (or any other jurisdiction) is called a "people" who is "sovereign." When he or she is forced or coerced into commerce with the U.S. and its Franchises, the one coercing you is in dishonor and must pay for that. That is why you need to honorably give them notice of your Fee Schedule so they will not dishonor themselves. If they do, the schedule gives them a way to reinstate their honor.

Choosing a domicile within a specific jurisdiction causes an implied waiver of sovereign immunity, because the courts admit that the term "person" does not refer to the "sovereign":

"Since in common usage, the term person does not include the sovereign, statutes not employing the phrase are ordinarily construed to exclude it." [United States v. Cooper Corporation, 312 U.S. 600 (1941)]

"Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law for it is the author and source of law;" [Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356 (1886)]

"There is no such thing as a power of inherent Sovereignty in the government of the United States. In this country sovereignty resides in the People, and Congress can exercise no power which they have not, by their Constitution entrusted to it: All else is withheld." [Juilliard v. Greenman, 110 U.S. 421 (1884)]

Those who have become customers of government protection by choosing a civil domicile within a specific government then owe a duty to pay for the support of the protection they demand. The method of paying for said protection is called "taxes". In earlier times this kind of sponsorship was called "tribute". Both state and federal income taxation is based almost entirely upon what is called "domicile". Domicile is a choice we make that requires our consent and participation, and because it requires our consent, then becoming a "taxpayer" who owes a tax requires our consent.
