Former New Mexico governor Gary Johnson has opened a new business, selling marijuana oil. The 2012 Republican and Libertarian candidate for president has been named the new CEO of Cannabis Sativa Incorporated. The announcement was made on July 1st. The company has also recently acquired Kush, a marijuana research company. The 61-year-old entrepreneur said he hopes the company he now heads will grow into a major operation. Johnson will work from New Mexico, while the company will sell products in states where cannabis is legal. The former governor said, "I generally believe this is changing the planet for the better. It also is a bet on the future ... We think we have the creme de la creme of marijuana products." Cannabis Sativa incorporated will produce lozenges for recreational marijuana use, as well as oils to assist children suffering from epilepsy.
