For some reason, Congress simply allows a Supreme Court ruling to act as law, even though it is not law, regarding abortion, the murder of the unborn.  Meanwhile, a former St. Paul Planned Parenthood client testified that abortionists will "break the baby's neck" if it's born alive while they are attempting to kill it.

In June of 2017, Live Action reported on what took place.

A young woman who was 22 weeks pregnant went to a clinic to have an abortion.  Of course, like many young women, she did not fully realize what would be taking place.  However, the video below demonstrates just what abortionists do to the most helpless among us and what they were going to do to this woman's baby.

They were going to insert a needle into its heart to stop it.  However, they failed to hit the target.
