Trump's Boeing 757, nicknamed "Trump Force One," has been used by the former president for many rallies during his 2016 presidential campaign. He said the plane should be back in full working service by the end of 2021, Washington Examiner reported.
"It is now being fully restored and updated and will be put back into service sometime prior to the end of the year," Trump said in a statement on Friday, May 21
The aircraft, which is currently in storage in upstate New York, will be taken to a Louisiana service facility for an inspection, upgrading engines, and a new paint job, the former president, announced.
"When completed, it will be better than ever, and again used at upcoming rallies!" Trump added in the statement.
