Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan national, drove across the country from his home in Bellingham, Washington, and allegedly used a .357 revolver. Lakanwal came to the US in 2021 under Biden's 'Operation Allies Welcome' after the US withdrew from Afghanistan, and he was granted asylum in April by the Trump administration. Lakanwal had served as an Afghan partner to the CIA. Trump blamed the Biden open borders policy that let in 20 million unvetted illegal migrants.
The Soros-linked NGO "World Relief" funded the settlement of alleged National Guard shooter Rahmanullah Lakanwal in Washington State, from Afghanistan. World Relief received funds from USAID, which is taxpayer funded.

A report indicates that Sarah Beckstrom's name was googled from Israel 4 days before the shooting.
