He explained that the Temple Mount that houses the Islamic Dome of the Rock and al-Aqsa mosque, where Mohammed was believed to have ascended into heaven, is the same area where Jews believe that Abraham was going to sacrifice his son and it is also the spot where Solomon's Temple stood. Jews and Christian Evangelicals support the destruction of the al-Aqsa complex to build Solomon's third temple to bring the messiah, but differ on the outcome.
