In 1996 the concept for FreedomsPhoenix was solidified in our minds. Years of Liberty Activism provided my wife Donna and I a foundational understanding of the forces in play and how they would impact my family’s future. ‘From the Ashes of Lady Liberty’s Torch will come Freedom’s Phoenix’.

The re-Ignition of Liberty’s flame is articulated in this newspaper as an inspiration and a reference. While we still articulate WHY liberty solutions are preferable in several of the articles, we wanted to encourage the reader with examples and resources of others already extracting themselves from the expanding Control Grid of entities that simply Will Not Leave Us Alone. Extraction is more a state of mind than a geographical separation from Urban or even Rural decay of civil society. For those seeking a more open rural existence we have provided information about resources available so that your transition will be less stressful. Access to healthcare, education and work are some of the issues discussed. Our primary default thought to every problem seeking a solution has been, "Freedom is the Answer... What's the Question?"

And to help any of you to share this message in your community we have provided an online version of this newspaper so that you are able to share individual articles or the entire newspaper in digital form. But the physical printed page has its own unique power and we have done two important things to help you share the impact of the Freedom message at a time in our history when it is so very desired and required.

First, we have printed enough inventory in addition to our immediate needs to supply our subscribers and new supporters with enough copies to help all your friends and neighbors understand your support of freedom solutions. On my radio show I often explain that I’m not so much trying to convince anyone of anything, as much as I am making every effort to help others understand why I am so convinced that Freedom is far preferable to an other’s central plan for our lives.

Second, we provide the working template for our publications in InDesign files so that others can more easily produce their own version of a printed newspaper rather than starting from scratch. Over the years several readers around the country have been inspired to produce their own local papers. We can expect all of the tyranny that the population will tolerate, so we are sharing peaceful options of non-compliance with the rhetoric and tools that aid in the advocacy of Individual Liberty & Self-Responsibility. I’ve witnessed Spontaneous Order out of General Public Opinion too many times to lose faith with Humanity. But I will always reserve for myself the right and capability of defensive force, but that is an individual decision.

It is General Public Opinion that is the most powerful force on this planet and They/Them/Those that will not leave us alone know this. It is why the tools to control and manipulate Public Opinion starts at the youngest of age, comes at us and our children from every direction and is ‘required’ more and more often. Dissent is punished, compliance is rewarded and in an Empire of Lies, Truth is Treason.

But the Human Spirit has always trended towards freedom, in spite of the Sociopaths and Psychopaths that seek collective dominion over our lives to enrich their needs and desires. But what if the Human Spirit IS the target? What if a combination of Physical, Physiological and Psychological manipulation had an organized goal to strip you of your will and ability to resist manipulation and even enslavement? Forced ‘Notions & Potions’ from The Crown into my flesh can never turn out well over even the shortest of time. But for those that have been paying attention for decades, it is clear that your Compliance with any Authoritarian Decree is the primary goal. This makes all of the other demands of us a simple ‘order’ from ‘Authority’.

30 years of Lawsuits, Campaigns, Activism and Media has been motivated by my primary goal for me, my family and my fellow humans to be left alone to pursue our own happiness while leaving others alone to pursue theirs. And the only way I know to accomplish that is to advocate LeaveMeAlonism for everyone. At this stage in my life, I wish to exercise my right as a human being to construct my own home on my own land in the unincorporated desert of Arizona without infringement. I may take reasonable ‘friendly advice’, but Government is far too often not friendly or reasonable. It is Compliance that is the primary goal and the idea that governments are instituted to protect individual rights has been stripped from the American people’s expectations and even their thoughts.

My conscience will not allow me peace if I were to leave the contest for freedom to my grandchildren… nor should I be at peace.

This edition’s contributors were provided a simple request that they provide observations of truth, encouragement, and tools for the American people’s escape. Escape from Ignorance to Enlightenment, from Enslavement to Freedom, from Dependence to Independence. My wife Donna and I just finished over 18months traveling America in a 1980 MCI bus converted to living quarters and a Radio/Video Studio. The primary topic of conversation at every festival and event we attended was the desire to live in Safe and Free Communities, of their own creation if need be.

My response was always the same… “I have 3 questions, ‘What must I do? What can’t I do? And what is your conflict resolution’? “ We had long discussions and several experts on the subject were interviewed on my radio show. My personal desire is to have clearly defined property boundaries and any government involvement would be in the protection of every owner’s property rights. So long as I do not aggress against my neighbors and respected their Pursuits of Happiness, I would be left alone to pursue my happiness.

I’m sure it can easily be understood that since I claim sovereignty over real property that I own, that I would be as adamant about ownership rights over my body. The forced penetration of my flesh via a needle of The Crown is not only unacceptable to me, it is a sign of a much more sinister intent.
