Treason Doth Never Prosper (Part Two)

“Treason doth never prosper: What's the reason? Why if it prosper, none dare call it treason.”
Ovid

How many illegals aliens are actually in the United States? The simple answer is that nobody really knows. In the 2000 Presidential campaign, when this was a minor campaign issue, government officials were stating that the number was somewhere between 12-15 million people. Yesterday, in a CNN Republican, presidential debate, John McCain is still stating that the number of law-breaking border crossers is 12 million. Do Arizona Senators, Kyl and McCain really believe that the American people are so gullible that we will believe their corporate-created propaganda which strongly implies that our beleaguered border patrol is actually sending back one law breaking trespasser for every law breaking trespasser that gets into our country? Perhaps, PT Barnum was correct when he proclaimed “There is a sucker born every minute.”

Part one of this series detailed how SB 1348 will give immediate amnesty to the 20-30 million trespassers who represent America’s largest group of welfare recipients (free medical, free public education, free use of all and any public services). When critical thinking Americans contemplate the Kyl and McCain version of the “Friends and Family Plan” provision of SB 1348, the number of new “citizens” (Grandma, Mom, Dad, etc.), which can legally accompany the people granted amnesty; this group will number between and estimated 100 million and 150 million new residents. With these staggering numbers, we are looking at the obliteration of the American culture, traditions and language. Soon, we will be pressing two, to conduct a business phone call in English.

In part one of this series; I unashamedly referred to Jon Kyl and John McCain as traitors to the United States of America and her citizens. Additionally, I strongly proclaimed that both men are traitors to their oath of office, their fiduciary duty to the American people and they are both traitors to the national security of the United States of America as they failing to protect Americans from enemies both foreign and domestic. The charge of treason is not offered in light-heated manner. After reading part two, there will be little doubt that both of Arizona’s senators should be removed from office and formally charged with treason.

SB 1348 is filled with little known details which should cause any sane American citizen to lose sleep. For example, the security of the American people doesn’t come first in this bill. In fact, the security of the American people does not matter at all! For example, the 20-30 million Mexicans that have illegally come to America have not been screened for AIDS and other STD’s. Nor are they checked for being a possible carrier of the new and highly contagious form of Tuberculosis. SB 1348 turns a blind eye to any possible cases of Hepatitis B or any other dangerous disease which may be accompanying any illegal immigrant trespasser which could potentially pose a catastrophic health threat to unsuspecting Americans. This is an especially frightening prospect when one considers that some of these possibly infected illegal aliens are sitting in classrooms and interacting with our children in our schools, as well coming into contact with Americans in our shopping malls, restaurants, sporting events and playgrounds! In short, wherever people congregate, they are more at risk in contracting a debilitating threat to their health, than they were 20 years ago. Thank you Jon Kyl and John McCain.

Incredibly, illegal aliens who are granted amnesty, or a Z-Visa, do not have to submit to a health examination. Although armed with crude medical technology, at least the immigration officials of 19th century Ellis Island, screened potential immigrants for health concerns. Nineteenth century health immigrant health screenings resulted in a 2% rejection rate; this will be 2% more than the rejection rate the nation will experience under SB 1348 because no health screening will take place! The unscreened health threats to the American people, posed by illegal aliens, is as threatening as a member of any terrorist group releasing anthrax in a crowded shopping mall.

Where is the government’s concern for the health and welfare of its people? Senators McCain and Kyl’s support of the notion of importing cheap illegal alien labor at any cost, should be labeled for what it is, TREASON. In addition to the loss of American jobs, culture, tradition and language, McCain and Kyl’s support for this corporate sponsored and unconstitutional amnesty is also being carried out at the cost of Americans health and safety. If knowingly supporting legislation which endangers the health of our county’s citizens is not treason, then please tell us John and Jon, then what is?

Amazingly, there are absolutely no national security provisions in SB 1348. In an era when the leaders of our government are forcing the American people to make unconstitutional sacrifices (e.g., The Military Commissions Act of 2006, Patriot Acts 1 and 2, REAL ID Card) in their civil liberties for the hope of securing some measure of safety against potential terrorists, we would expect that the most significant piece of border control legislation, in American History, would at least contain some anti-terrorism provisions. There are no such provisions which would protect the American people from another 911 terror attack. Anyone, pretending to be an illegal border crosser, can come into this country with a cache of anthrax, a suitcase case nuclear weapon or any other weapon of mass destruction and SB 1348 has no plans to attempt to protect the American people. As a contrite concession, SB 1348 does provide for the hiring of 4,000 border agents. However, nowhere in the legislation are the funds allocated to train and deploy the new border agents. Not to do so, constitutes treason against the sovereignty of the United States and the safety and welfare of the American people for supporting SB 1348.

If Americans believe that the only threat to their safety lies in the area of foreign terrorism, one should consider that SB 1348, Section 601(g 2), referencing illegal-alien gangsters, would allow this group to be eligible for amnesty merely by signing a "renunciation of gang affiliation”. Illegal alien gangsters, who have received an order of deportation by a United States immigration judge, but who subsequently defy the ruling, are referred to as “absconders”. However, Section 601(d) permits U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to grant an absconder a Z visa if the gangster can demonstrate that by being forced to leave the United States "would result in extreme hardship" to the alien, his spouse, parent or child”. Can American born gangsters receive a free pass as well? The insanity and treasonous betrayal of the American people, related to this provision, needs no further explanation.

On September 11, 2001, approximately 3,000 people were killed in the terrorist attacks. Since September 11, 2001, illegal aliens have been responsible for the deaths of nearly 48,000 American citizens. And now we have two Arizona senators supporting legislation which will open the floodgates for terrorists and highly dangerous illegal alien gangsters to more easily carry out their evil intentions upon innocent American victims. If this, alone, does not constitute treason against the American people, then please tell me, what does?

“We have met the enemy, and he is us.” POGO

Later parts of this series will examine the additional and hidden economic cost of this legislation. Further, the work of some very courageous Americans (e.g., Michelle Dallacroce and her organization Mothers Against Illegal Aliens) will be offered to exemplify what common, everyday Americans are doing to stem the tide of this most insidious invasion being carried out against the American people through the treasonous acts of politicians such as Jon Kyl and John McCain.
