The Maricopa County Libertarian Party won their lawsuit with the Maricopa County Recorder's office to allow for our election observers to be experts in Computer Voting that could then evaluate many aspects of the process first hand and provide us with a report (PDF of Report). The initial argument given my the Maricopa County Elections director to the Maricopa County Chairman of the Libertarian Party was that the Computer Voting Experts were a 'security risk'. ???

 

An unexpected item in the report (Page #7) showed up on my radar screen like a neon lighted Borg Cube...

Appendix A focuses in HARD on Sequoia themselves, including what appear to be dead-obvious violations of the certification rules drawing from data not even the California top-to-bottom review people had.

Upshot: Sequoia's central tabulator appears to be at least as vulnerable to tampering than Diebold's GEMS if not moreso.
