The Phoenix site was quite interesting. Other than their quarterly meeting last November and their Banquet later this month, the most recent entry was 2006 - and it still lists Michael Chertoff as head of DHS.
What caught my eye was this - in the 'about' section:
"Membership in InfraGard is free, but requires the approval of the Federal Bureau of Investigation through a security risk assessment."
