Irwin Schiff was legally murdered by the government October 16, 2015. Irwin Schiff, who was imprisoned for his resistance to the federal income tax.  Efforts by his son, the noted financial commentator Peter Schiff, to secure his release from prison so that he could die with his family were unsuccessful. Schiff's sad passing illustrates an essential truth about the state: if you resist its orders, you will be dealt with by force.

In his memory one of his final episodes of his weekly short-wave radio show, originally aired live on Father's Day 2005. His discussion of the U.S. economy is as relevant today as it was then.
