Arizona Speed Camera Contract Can be Canceled w/o penalty
• The NewspaperThe AZ legislature was told they cannot cancel the photo enforcement contract with Redflex until July 2010 without it costing the state millions in contract penalties. Gosh, that wasn't true. :-D What a surprise.
