I'm sorry, but I didn't get past the first paragraph, where the author used "use to" instead of the correct "used to" construction.

Probably the greatest obstacle libertarian activists face is expressing their thoughts grammatically and coherently.

Maybe this was a good and perceptive article. I don't know. I dumped it when I realized that some uneducated schmuck was writing it.
