• APThe state has agreed to pay $925,000 to unwitting subjects of an infamous 1930s stuttering experiment orphans who were badgered and belittled as children by University of Iowa researchers trying to induce speech impediments.
And that there is zero accountability, zero sincere apology and little -- if any -- just compensation, despite such compensation coming not from government who might experience pain if a budget were reduced, but taxpayers who are alway conveniently available to be fleeced for paying off the crimes of government programs..
