Essentially, this is what the Constitution says. Even the Constitution on sales tax is only interstate sales tax - known as excise tax. Private folks who sell interstate and are not registered as some form of artificial entity should not be required to have sales tax placed on their items sold interstate. Of course, there would be limits to this - no big trucking firms could ship their product - they would have to ship themselves, privately.
