Obama plan has billions for cops

Obama's huge stimulus plan includes about $4 billion to resurrect grants that put tens of thousands of police on the streets during the 1990s.

As the economy collapses further, this is where the _jobs_ will be and very few will have any other option.

A really neat make work program - NWO/Police State style.
They sure are diabolical.
