TSA Detains Traveler Over Comic Book
• SFScope"The minute I saw the faces of the agents, I knew I was in trouble. The first page of the Unthinkable
script mentioned 9/11, terror plots, and the fact that the (fictional)
world had become a police state. The TSA agents then proceeded to
interrogate me, having a hard time understanding that a comic book
could be about anything other than superheroes, let alone that anyone
actually wrote scripts for comics.

Gotta hand it to our heroes at Homeland Security, they sure are on the ball!
And, BTW, you must have got really unlucky to find one that could actually read...
Unless you *want* to be harassed (and possibly a dissident could see a point in bringing it about) I would suggest sending any item ahead that could poaaibly trigger such a situation.
Don't forget, government agents do not think at all, so if your item has any chance of causing a problem, send it ahead.
I personally do not fly at all any more.
