SEC to call for Calif. IOUs treated as securities
• APThe recipients of billions of dollars in IOUs being issued by California soon may have a regulated market where they could sell them. A regulated market for the IOUs would make it easier for individuals holding them to sell them at a fair price, analysts said.
Can't they sell them now at a market price? Or is that not a fair price?
This will be something else the taxpayers will get the bill for. Now California is printing their own monopoly money. I guess they got the idea from the Fed.
