That  way  they  cannot  twist  anything...simple

The  5th  Amendment  states  that   unalienable  right.

Of course remaining silent is a great skill, though your non-verbal communicative actions are just as important to know. The actions should you take while remaining silent have large impacts on the outcome of the event. Obviously there is more to it then just sitting there “blank faced.” The "Flex Your Rights" videos do a wonderful job at explaining some of these non-verbal techniques.
