For those of you not technologically inclined allow me to elaborate as to what I mean by LOIC.
It stands for Low Orbit Ion Cannon a computer program used to DDOS attack websites by well google ddos and look for yourself basically it knocks the site offline. As of this posting the site is still up so no problems there.
