The solution itself is here -- urbanization. The 200 million people living in slums, sub-Saharan Africa can improve their standard of living with "adequate planning and building". They "can learn from the example of their neighbors in North Africa, where Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia, have reduced the populations of their slums by half in the last 20 years."

The solution is never infanticide or genocide. Killing the increasing people of Africa to reduce population and immigration only comes from the mind of a man in a white straitjacket!  You know him and his kind scaring people right here in FP.com ...
