It's a real treat to see a jurist who isn't affraid to do his job, and who isn't in the back pocket of the cops and other so-called "powers".
If this keeps up, I wouldn't be surprised to see many more loca and state judges being APPOINTED, instead of elected...It's the best hope the smucks in government have of controlling whatever perversion of the "rule of law" seems to serve their most current violations of our rights and liberties.
