Not a UFO;...it is a 6-prop rotorcraft drone, carrying  a high-res video camera. These are available over the counter and were cutting edge 4 years ago. Anyone can own one now. They are seeing more use because with 6 electrically-driven rotors, it has the lift capacity previous conventional single-rotor craft never could attain. These have gone from being expensive RC toy experiments to inexpensive prime choice drones for smaller municipal police forces, as well as news crews and paperazzi photographers trying to look down on and into celebrity homes and events.
