Iran definetely need nuclear and other effective weapons to defend itself, because they are getting constantely threatend by USrael. But the US and Israel needs to get completely disarmed because they are the worst aggressors out there in the world.

What to do with USrael after they have lost World War III they are preparing and provocating right now: The land of Israel will returned to the Palestinians if it is still a place somebody can live in and the land of the US will returned completely to the Native Americans if it is still a place somebody can live in. What to do with the Israeli survivors if there are a view? The Palestinians should decide what to do with them. What to do if there are some USciticen as survivors. The Native Americans will have to decide how to deal with their occupiers. But it is unlikely that there will be a lot of survivors in the US and in Israel if they are provocation World War III.
