The highest state or form of justice occurs when everyone can pursue happiness while breathing free in their liberty during periods of domestic tranquility.

These conditions are readily obtainable - except when actively interfered with by war-mongering profiteers, as is undeniably occuring world-wide today.

Would any government or faction thereof find it necessary to do this in order to pursue any form of justice, nevermind the highest form just proffered?  No.  Obviously, a government or faction thereof that would do this has other aims.

When considering a case like this (and by no means do I imply such cases should not be reported or considered), it is easy to lose sight of the prize.

And the prize is that highest state or form of justice which occurs when everyone can pursue happiness while breathing free in their liberty during periods of domestic tranquility.
