Looks like another navy boondoggle designed to funnel huge amounts of money into some people's pockets rather than construct successful warships. Of course, I am opposed to the imperial industrial/military complex and its' doctrine of perpetual war. Think of all the good non-threatening things that money could be spent on meeting serious needs for restoring infrastructure, industry, and humanitarian concerns. A paranoid and dying regime that has surrounded itself with enemies within and without by deceiving, robbing, and killing everyone will squander a nation's resources building military might, vast police forces, and ever more prisons. Uncle Sam is a psychopath worthy of the guillotine!
