What might cause another 9/11? - The unwillingness of the American public to get behind another Middle East conflict and the unwillingness to send our militaries into harms way for that nasty little place called Israel. The title of this should read, "What will cause another false flag op as was done on 9/11?" That would be the same answer as to the first question. You have to have a horrible false flag blamed on an innocent country and its people before you can get the many fools here in the United States to follow along again into the pit, just like going into Iraq.
