On what basis did they compel a blood sample?  How did the guy drawing the blood justify the draw when he noted the victim wasn't impaired on his report?  Then of course after all of that they still go ahead, arrest him for DUI, suspend his license, notify his insurance company, steal his car!  Welcome to justice in Arizona.
