Responding To Police
Chuck BaldwinCitizen contacts with police are becoming more and more frequent, and often more and more hostile. Sadly, the vast majority of the American people have absolutely NO IDEA how to lawfully and peacefully protect themselves against police overreach and

What a crock. Is their anything that you mystics won't convince yourselves of? The whole good cop/bad cop question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or listen to someone's anecdote about his Uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following: (1) a cop's job is to enforce the laws, all of them; (2) many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even cruel and wicked; (3) therefore every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer for laws that are manifestly unjust or even cruel and wicked. There are no good cops. ~Robert Higgs Inasmuch as the Constitution was never signed, nor agreed to, by anybody, as a contract, and therefore never bound anybody, and is now binding upon nobody; and is, moreover, such an one as no people can ever hereafter be expected to consent to, except as they may be forced to do so at the point of the bayonet, it is perhaps of no importance what its true legal meaning, as a contract, is. Nevertheless, the writer thinks it proper to say that, in his opinion, the Constitution is no such instrument as it has generally been assumed to be; but that by false interpretations, and naked usurpations, the government has been made in practice a very widely, and almost wholly, different thing from what the Constitution itself purports to authorize. He has heretofore written much, and could write much more, to prove that such is the truth. But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain — that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.
Your verbosity would indicate a triple digit IQ. On the other hand people of faith are by definition not all that aware of facts. After all, if you have information and logic, of what need is there for faith? faith in the unseen Save your instruction for the 12 year old who was gunned down within seconds of police getting out of the car. Or the infant who had his face blown off in a botched SWAT raid. Or the Grand mother who was killed in her home when police invaded. Or the man who was bound in the back of a police van and died in transit. Oh, thats right. You can not tell them how to "behave better" cause they are dead. As are dozens if not hundreds of others. Who juries found were killed in a wrongful manner and awarded substantial awards to their surviviors. So, in seminary did they have advanced course where you learned faith based stupid? How about you hauling your sorry excuse for a human to some fascist dictatorship who will better appreciate your blind ravings about obedience.
