I am not sure what your measurement of "Justice" is, other than what you like. There is an objective measure --- kinda. What percent of the population died violent non accidental deaths. If you do some basic research on this topic, you will find, that with the exception of the years from 1938 to 1953 or so, about 15 years, that homicides bell by about 90% as government power and reach expanded. And even that narrow window of time can be considered as much a result of more efficient ways of killing on an industrial level than being caused by government. And if you want to see the difference now, consider the difference in functionality between those areas of the world that have strong governments compared to those that have weak or non existent ones. Even Russia, a place not to be admired, has, on average, a better life style for its residents than any of the numerous places that lack government. Please not the absence of name calling.
