I've had Covid - it affected me like normal 'flu, maybe 0.02 worse . I was ill for 2 and a half days, then it took about 4 days to build up my energy + recover - PLUS i am elderly. I simply took Vit D for about 6 months beforehand as protection + a few other ordinary vits + minerals. I understand most people who die from it are seriously overweight or very old with serious health problems - for me it wasn't a big deal, but of course getting the 'flu is a drag at any time.
