The Clintons are pretty smart. You have seen me talk about the difference between common law and civil law. The Clintons, with their vastly greater access to 'law', may be prepared to use common law to defend themselves. Since their legal operations have ceased long ago, with Hillary quitting government, and with Bill being out of office, attacks to get them to testify one way or another will have to be directed at their status as man or woman. Otherwise, such attacks by government may be directed against currently non-existent entities. If government attacks the man or the woman, it will need to be a man or woman doing the attacks. And the man or woman will need evidence of harm or damage done to him/her by the Clinton man or woman. Continued attacks by a governmental official may result in the Clinton man or woman attacking the man/woman of the government official in their common law status as man or woman.
