The first thing to do is to recognize that you are not under legal law, but are in agreement with lawful law (the common law of the people, not the common law of the legal society). The second is to notice government of wrongdoing through literal NOTICE on paper, mailed to them. The third is to invoice them based on the NOTICE. The value of the invoice can be whatever every man/woman decides it is worth. Build non-timely-payment of the invoice to have monthly interest on the unpaid balance to the tune of, say, 6% per month (or whatever you want). The fourth is to sue them at Federal District Court (not U.S. District Court) for not paying the invoice. If thousands or millions of people did this the right way, government would change, and the people would make money.
