The reason why companies don't succeed against government is, they don't structure themselves according to Private Membership Associations (PMA). The PMA structure shows government that the people involved are not persons by government definitions of 'person'. The problem with all such studies is that they don't take Dr. Linus Pauling into account. Dr. Pauling (deceased) found that hardening of the arteries (and veins) is really the body trying to heal a form of SCURVY. His solution was, in general, daily take 5 grams of vitamin C and 2 grams of L-lycine. The v-C cures the scurvy, and the L-lycine helps the blood vessels to heal. There is not reason for heart disease to exist, except that the medical is hiding this cure. Search the Internet for the book TROPICA. It's long out of print, but you can get them used on eBay and elsewhere. | Tropica is a big book, that has about 900 pages of color pictures of plants from around the world. This should be an interesting case. Ordinarily I don't believe it's illegal to possess or distribute protective face shields. Indeed, I recall being offered one at Costco during Covid, in lieu of a cloth mask. What sort of declaration or what-not would make this an illegal act. No martial law - so far. And I don't recall these protests being declared an unlawful assembly either. Although I feel it would be justified at the first block thrown ,(hell, with the first pallet of blocks dropped off) or car set ablaze. And of course, it's not at all helpful that CA politicians are encouraging this behavior. They should've started by arresting the Governor and the Mayor. Aim small... miss small!

There are other parts of this picture. For example, look within 2 miles West of Rye, Arizona. You will find all kinds of trash and even abandoned travel trailers, which are gradually being torn apart by human scavengers. Forest rangers are there, now, to keep this from happening more. But some of the problem is the people themselves.

Many people are trapped by the Democrats, because they don't realize that their actions are only going to hurt themselves, and a bunch of innocent people who are doing it the right way. | Check the Constitution. The word 'people' is only used several times. The word 'person(s)' is used a whole bunch of times. If you look throughout the statutes of the States, you will find that 'person' is defined as some form of artificial entity. The words 'man' and 'woman are not in the definitions of 'person'. Why not? It would be easy to write those two words into the statutes. They aren't there because government doesn't regulate 'people'. It's only when a man/woman agrees that they are a person that they can be controlled by government. How can they agree with government in this way? The Constitution Contract Clause lets them.

Those who harm people or damage their property are wrong doers. Even if they are right regarding their ideals, they are wrong if they harm and damage. They need to be punished, even if their punishment is to run a squirrel cage for life, or as long as it takes to pay off their debt. There are other, legal, COMMON LAW ways to settle their arguments with government.

There aren't any illegal aliens in America. They are only people who did one POSSIBLY illegal act. That act was crossing the border. Now that they are 'in', they are people. And as people, they are Americans with the same rights of Americans. | There are a lot of America-born Americans who are not US citizens. They might be State citizens. But, they are people, just like the so-called illegal aliens. If they approached the government's calling them illegal, from their position as being people, their prosecution by government would end, if they did it properly. So far we see two things from the side of the West: 1) A bunch of talk; 2) A bunch of sneaky activity - the drones sent by Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russia has been doing and saying the exact same things, that they are taking their lands back from Ukraine. | Does the US really want a nuclear war with Russia. Think about what the real reason why Trump might be calling the Ukraine war 'two kids fighting in the park'. Trump is holding off on further sanctions to give peace time to set in. That's what he'd like you to believe. But the real reason is that the West CAN'T sanction Russia. Why not? Russia holds borders with a bunch of other countries that are not considered part of the West, exactly. And China has some good military trade deals going with Russia. So, what other countries? Kazakhstan, Mongolia, India thru China, and a whole bunch of smaller countries that aren't totally happy with US presence. All that sanctions do is drive these countries closer to Russia, and into stronger BRICS agreements. Trump might have an answer, but it isn't sanctions.

Same reason why Russia is getting killed by Ukraine. The West doesn't want any competition. Gaddafi was a threat to the Western milking of the people. He had his own way of milking the people, But he put most of it back into his country. Western banking simply keeps as much of it as they can. Gaddafi didn't turn enough of it over to the West. Do you see? It's all working out just fine. The US and China have a trade agreement. Russia and China have a military alliance. Trump and Putin are working together thru China. Western Europe is left out in the cold. Ukraine is only collateral damage. Soon the killing over there will stop. And since it is Western Europe's banking system that is ruing the world, they will crash right along with the rest of Western Europe.
