Nobody can give up his citizenship if he is living on some part of territorial USA; the land. Nobody will bother you if you are just living. But if they file paperwork against you, they will use your name or some other name. If you stand as a man or woman, you are not that other name until you ACCEPT it. If you don't accept it, that name doesn't apply to you. ACCEPTANCE is a legal term that you can use by "Cf." so that you don't walk into their name just by using it to not accept it. Since they haven't noticed you because you didn't accept it, it ain't you. As long as you haven't done wrong (harm, damage, real threat), they don't have a handle on you. The first property right of everybody is the right to SELF: body, mind, activity if it doesn't act against the property rights of another, and ownership of things. Underage people have fundamental property rights if they know how to successfully fight for them. Most people don't know how to fight for their property rights, but rather use the crutch of government to do the fighting for them.
