Evolution as a theory destroys itself. Its demise comes about through the term 'random mutations', mostly the 'random' part. Somehow we have gotten into our heads the idea that 'random' means something like 'spontaneity'. But science knows that everything operates through cause and effect, no matter how complex that cause and effect might be, and that there isn't anything truly spontaneous. This means that 'random' simply means that we don't know. Since we don't know about random mutations, carry the idea out to its conclusion. We don't know that there is any real evolution. The whole operation of life could be through something else that science hasn't been able to figure out yet. Or something that breaks the flawed notion of evolution and the dignity of science.

In cases with that don't award much or any money, a judge might make his decision based on his feelings, knowing that nobody will ask for "conclusions of fact, or decisions of law." But when the case involves a load of money like this one, we should get a copy of the case, at least the lawsuit and the judge's conclusions of fact and decisions of law. Why? If we don't have something that bugs us right now, we might in the future, and will want to know what we need to do to create and win a lawsuit of our own.

Money is something that can easily be traded by the masses or a subsection thereof, has value or perceived value by the masses, and can't be easily counterfeited. Gold has little practical use for the masses: can't eat it, smoke it, use it for insulation in your house, etc. It DOES have practical use in industry, or could be used as boat anchors (in alloy) by the masses, so it does have a little practical value. To the masses, gold almost only has perceived value, little practical value. Cash has much greater perceived value, so much in fact, that it has practical value. Think about Bitcoin as money.

Now with a tweak to the cold fusion, we might be able to get a "gold fusion." You know. Like the philosopher stone. That way we could pay for gas with gold if anything in the electricity end of the vehicle broke down. ;)

Wow! The Katie Hobbs campaign finally made sense when they said, "Kari Lake needs attention like a fish needs water... " And it is the same with all Arizonans, and Americans in general. But which Arizonans were they talking about when they also said, "Arizonans made their voices heard and elected Katie Hobbs as their governor?" Seems to me it was a bunch of Arizonans who don't want to correct any election wrongdoing... as opposed to all Arizonans who voted.

Ernie absolutely did the best thing that anybody can do when asked by government to have an attorney. Ernie didn't have one, and wouldn't accept government's offer to appoint one for him. Why is this good? Because having attorney automatically places a person, by agreement, into the jurisdiction of the courts, where the courts can dictate your position in any court action. This doesn't mean that you can't have many attorneys as "co-councilors." It means that they can't speak for you in court, and that you are not their 'client'. Doing it this way lets you have the experience of the attorneys, without being under the thumb of the court. The fact that a man or woman can have a jury as judge, shows that men and women are above the court system, if they are wise enough to stay that way.

True freedom starts by recognizing the borders of your limitations, and then moving to carefully and gently extend those borders in ways that don't extend your limitations, as well. Dirty Harry said it best, "Man's got to know his limitations," - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VrFV5r8cs0. Lew Rockwell posted an article from 'The Burning Platform' that says similar - https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/09/jim-quinn/a-mans-gotta-know-his-limitations/. Recognizing this stuff is the beginning of true freedom.

To take Bitcoin out of government control, do a fork of it that makes it into a Private Membership Association (PMA) as described here - https://www.proadvocate.org/knowing-rights-benefits-private-membership-associations/. Add wording to the cryptocurrency client used that says, right in the transaction page, that this is a PMA transaction, with appropriate wording for the transaction type - between controllers/owners of the cryptocurrency addresses included in the transaction. Each new transaction is a new PMA. Search to see how it is being done all over the place. Why not cryptocurrency? https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Private+Membership+Association&ia=web

Here is where most or all of inflation comes from: bank loans. When a loan is being consummated, the promissory note or mortgage note is considered to be a negotiable instrument - https://www.upcounsel.com/is-a-promissory-note-a-negotiable-instrument. Such notes are considered to be money by the bank. The borrower actually funded his own loan with the promissory note. This goes for all loans made to government or anywhere else. The Federal Reserve Bank prints 'green cash money' as needed, to replace money dished out in the form of loans. More money is inflation. In other words, it is borrowers (mostly government), along with the banks, that create more money, thereby causing inflation.

Did Oath keepers change, or is this a different organization from the 00s. My recollection from back in the day dastardly they had no particular political agend, simply being a group of current and former government employees indicating publicly that they would be true to their oath to defend the constitution against enemies foreign and domestic, even if their bosses said otherwise.

A Biblical answer is this. Based on the oldest Bible we have, the Septuagint, along with the writings of Flavius Josephus, the Earth is about 7,500 years old. Modern dating methods are flawed, including the way Carbon 14 is used, and as are our Bibles which are based on the Masoretic texts from around the 1100s (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VI1yRTC6kGE). Genesis in the Bible talks about the angels coming to women and taking them for wives. Their offspring were the Nephilim, giants. It was the strength of these giants that built the many gigantic megalithic sites around the world. For anyone who is interested, take a look at what Rob Skiba has to say - https://www.youtube.com/@RobSkiba.

Probably the best understanding of the basics of why and how people in the US can protect themselves is right here http://voidjudgements.net/. It will take a moment to read and understand, but it is right in this website. The only thing that this site leaves out is law regarding when you sign up as a client of an attorney. When you sign up with an attorney, you have just agreed that the court battle is between the judge and the attorneys (plaintiff and defendant attorneys). You have no say in your own matter except that they accept what you say. Your only recourse is to fire your attorney, stand unrepresented, and take yourself into a common law court of record.

Do I have gold or silver in my possession? No! It looks like gold and silver, but because it is mine, it is my private property. 'They' can call it whatever they like from their point of view. But since it is private, government doesn't have any authority over it. Of course, it depends how you fight it in court.

Let this process be used with silver as well as gold. Why? Spendable silver-backed State dollars could be used for many things that are less expensive. One could easily find the silver in his silver-backed dollars because silver is worth so much less than gold. It would take much more silver to make up $20 dollar's worth of silver in a silver-backed bill, than it would take to make same value of gold in a gold-backed bill. You could actually feel the silver far easier than you could feel the gold. Silver would be used for small, low-priced items.

Plant growth discoveries by Dan Carlson include the use of sound to release genetic abilities that had been locked up. Anybody interested in gardening should go to www.originalsonicbloom.com to learn intriguing facts, and ideally to purchase a kit for home use to explore this technology. Dan Carlson was interested in solving world hunger (which is really a political problem), but his discoveries in fact, and fundamental in modern biology. And very few biologist know about them.

One very interesting point is near the beginning of the article by Robert Klein. This point is as stated, "Rather than occurring over the elongated time scale of millions of years, genetic change can transpire in real biological time through nanoparticles known as exosomes." The thing that is interesting about this is that Dr. Andrew Kaufman (and others) state that viruses are simply rogue exozomes that have escaped the body, and travel to who knows where. These exosomes become 'rogue' by attempting to tell other cells in the body that there is a problem of some kind. In the case of Covid, the problem is the fact that our bodies are so polluted by modern 'preservative' chemicals, that they easily succumb to the Covid illness... which is simply a more virulent form of the flu combined with pneumonia. The big point is that we may be able calm our own exosomes by meditative thinking, thereby controlling diseases within our own bodies.

I recommend getting Bible tapes or CDs and listening to a good, large chunk of the New Testament every day. Why listening rather than reading? Because it's easy, and you will hear things that you miss when reading. Once you hear them, you can go back and read them in the written Word. --- And listen to the whole NT over and over. Never stop listening, every day a little. You need God's power, and this is the way to get it ground into yourself. Get tapes or CDs from "Faith Comes By Hearing" if you can't find them anywhere else (https://www.faithcomesbyhearing.com/audio-bible-resources/recordings-database), and search for your language and the particular Bible version they have available.

Absolutely. Forgive everyone for any wrong that they have done to you. This is one of the key features of being forgiven yourself. But remember one thing. Forgiving someone doesn't mean that you are required to place yourself in future harm's way regarding them. For example. Forgive the rapist who raped you, the thief or robber who stole something from you, and the politician who made laws that harmed you. Then see to it that these people are thrown into prison, not as punishment, but so they won't harm you or your family any longer. For your protection. Not for revenge or punishment.

Absolutely >>> FORGIVE. But do it wisely. If those who hurt you have harmed many people in the nation, and have caused the deaths of some, place them in a position where they can't harm anyone any longer. Even if it means their execution. Forgive them for their past wrong doings, first, of course.

However, use the Old Testament carefully. Judges chapter 19 begins with, "In those days Israel had no king," and Judges ends with, "In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as he saw fit." Such freedom! Freedom upheld by generally right thinking. But read Judges 19 to the end of Judges, and see how thousands died, and look at some strange mind-sets of those peoples. It's the same in much of the Old Testament. People didn't seem to be as greatly affected emotionally as we are today, by the deaths of loved ones. Did they know something we don't?
