That Maledict XVI would endorse World Government (as in Global 2000 - one would presume that the ALLKNOWING and INFALLIBLE Pope is aware if it and its implications) does not come as a surprise.  It has always been the policy of the VatiCON to ensure that people suffer as much as possible .... so that they come creeping to the cross to beg for help, forgiveness and all that kind of stuff.
