Is Dissent Patriotic?

Oaths cannot be honored, nor can the US Constitution be protected from enemies foreign and domestic, without challenging both the sponsors and the laws which threaten it.

Patriotism is not blind submissiveness to government, nor loyalty to any particular party or leader; but vigilance in protecting and preserving the US Constitution from all who would pervert or overthrow it, or diminish our many rights, liberties, or sovereignties.

Sedition by the people against government can only occur when they rebel against the Constitutional Republic which the Founders provided, but which today has only the color and pretense of being Constitutional, and is operating consistently in direct opposition to the Founding Fathers intent.

Unquestioned compliance with Federal laws, mandates, etc., has allowed a subtle war to be waged against the rights, freedoms, and sovereignties of every American, and has opened the door for an incremental overthrow of the US Constitution.

If someone wants to dissent, speak out against or reveal the corruption and treason in government, it is not only their right to do so under the First Amendment, it is their Patriotic duty and responsibility to do so. 

This is especially true of those who have taken the Oath to protect the Constitution from its enemies, including those who infiltrate positions in government.

A military tribunal is a legal option by which even the Commander and Chief can be investigated and prosecuted, if he or she is suspected of being a domestic enemy to the US Constitution.

The military Oath is first and foremost to protect and defend the US Constitution from those who would pervert or incrementally overthrow it. Their second duty is protect America. And their third, and least of importance, is following their Commander and Chief.

Every Military Oath is therefore an implied warning aimed explicitly at members of the three branches of government, since they are the only entities who have access to the Constitution. And that warning is:

Those (regardless of status) who manipulate the law, violate the Founder’s intent, remove their safeguards, chip away at rights, advance tyranny, and distort, ignore, circumvent, re-write, or in any way threaten the Constitution are thereby "domestic enemies" whom we will aggressively investigate, successfully prosecute, and permanently defeat.

I agree and I am sure Millions believe this as well. Those that associate themselves aiding and abetting the Federal officials' criminals acts, they themselves are  traitors visually and are guilty. The Feds are taking advantage of every opportunity while the Americans sleep to get away with it. They are so low of scum, there is not word to express the filth these people have in their hearts. Remember, every Americans life is on the line now and later worst! All of us need that inner Passion of fire to stir the Patriotism in us.
