After moving to a faster server over the weekend we have been getting several complaints of lost Newsletters. We are tracking down every notice of a problem.
These are the questions we need answered to help the most...
- Are you @Yahoo or Gmail etc (Yahoo seems to be the most common for problems)
- Have you checked your SPAM/Junk files and reset to accept.
- Have you tried 'whitelisting' us so that our large file will go through to your email (lots of graphics can trigger your provider if you don't make sure that the system knows to accept them.
We are tracking down bugs as we come across them on the new server but the traffic demanded that we upgrade. Thanks for all of your help.
