As Punishment We Pay A Fortune For Consensual Rape By Deception
Legal question: Can a woman consenting to have sex with a man, accuse the man of rape? It’s a million-dollar question. The likes of Mike Tyson who was indicted years back for this kind of rape, paid millions of dollars to know the answer.

What happened as reported and published, is also happening here in America, but in a different way. It’s called political rape as differentiated from ideological religious rape that took place in the Middle East.
Probably most Americans are bewildered if not mystified how sex between two consenting adults becomes a rape by deception. In the first place, there is no such thing as "consensual rape by deception" in our criminal statute book. We have statutory rape. Even though a minor consents to sex, it is by law a crime.
So let me clear the air. Instead of being bemused, be amused of what I have to say as a matter of clarification.
This baffling sexual crime is exceptionally exclusive in a place where it occurred. "Consensual rape by deception" is a crime only in those completely racial third world states of Arabs and Jews. It can be differentiated from what’s happening here.
In this FP.com published report of "consensual rape by deception", the fundamental element of the crime – "deception" -- was controlling: It was not just an ordinary "deception" normally committed by con artists – what the Arab had committed in this sexual escapade between two consenting adults was an IDEOLOGICAL if not RACIAL deception. By sheer trickery, the Arab offender represented himself to the Jewish woman that he was a Jew. With that racial misrepresentation, the Arab gained the woman’s trust and confidence to have sex with him by pretending to be a Jew. In the mind of the Israelite Justices that handed down the decision to punish the accused, rape was not just committed against the Jewish woman who gave her consent to have sex with him but against the entire Israelite nation that was shamed when this Arab offender made a fool out of them in the eyes of the world by subjecting a female Jew to a clever manipulation or deception.
But dishonesty or trickery was merely an excuse to get back at the cheating Arab sex offender. In fighting Palestinian terrorism, the War Cabinet of Israel had long embarked on a tit-for-tat state of war for survival, i.e., for every Israelite life lost, at least five or ten enemy lives must pay for it. It is like saying hurt us and we will hurt your more. The Court was an extension of this War Cabinet. Hardly is there any room for compromise because in Israel, this is a matter of survival. You see … since the dawn of civilization, Arabs and Jews are completely separated between historical religious ideological lines and their hatred against each other is so intense it had perpetuated a generational war that is endless or in time, a war that has no end.
While this incident mesmerized most interested but less informed Americans across the continent, the conviction of an Arab for "consensual rape by deception" is of course hailed by Jews the world over exactly like how old Germany hailed Hitler for the extermination of Jews, but condemned by Arabs in their own Islamic Muslim world as an act of provocation from Israel’s warlords of radical Zionism. To them it is just a continuing provocation between two mortal enemies ready to invade each other at a drop of a hat.
Let’s then treat this Middle East roadside show for what it deserves – just an entertainment eye-opener to those who are fair-minded and just at heart. Semitism and anti-Semitism sentiments among Americans shouldn’t be ignited to create a conflagration and make our American soil a war zone of Arabs and Jews who are at each other’s throat. But whether pro-Jews or pro-Arabs, are we not free to express our personal opinion or individual sentiment? Of course we are, but not to the point of petting American war dogs against American war dogs that fight to death in behalf of or against Arabs or in behalf of or against Jews. As the mightiest nation on the planet, we are capable of wiping out each other a thousand times more than any Arab or Jew is capable of exterminating each other. Again it defaults back to the question how free this freedom that we want is? To any question asked, maybe freedom is the answer – but it has to be right. We are reasonable freedom-loving Libertarians that want to make freedom work, not the black knights of freedom that mess it up by jousting the windmill like the gallant Don Quixote of La Mancha. We have a lot of Quixote’s kind in Congress. What they advocate is actually a rape of conscience among us consenting adults. And that’s the kind of promiscuous crime we have in America – our consent to be raped by deception. As punishment, Tyson paid a couple of millions of dollars for it. We are paying a fortune -- in fact we are putting our future on the line -- for this kind of consensual rape by deception!

Well, apparently, such a thing is a well-accepted principle in Israel where a jew woman can have sex with a man and then proceed to accuse him of rape by deception because he was Arab but didn't disclose so before taking off his pants. Since Amerikans worship, adore and defend Israel in such a way as to lower their pants, bend over and fork over all their money to them, I suppose what's good for the goose is also good for the gander:

When it comes to these type of encounters, men and women have been lying to each other since before written history. Indeed the male bird's fancy plumage is a lie, its persuasive call a lure.
Well said about the truth, that in those encounters [sexual], "men and women have been lying to each other since before written history." But obviously, it is not true if an Arab sex offender does it to a female Jew, as Israel’s Justices declared in punishing this consensual rape by deception. Here the male bird’s God-given fancy plumage is not just a simple lie -- it becomes a powerful lure to jail.
In America, we call this 'misrepresentation', and usually has something to do with the sale of faulty goods. Rape? Kiss my ass.
Caveat Emptor? More like it.
And just for clarification, according to the Ten Commandments, lying is NOT a sin - only "bearing false witness against thy neighbor" (which I guess this case falls under IF the guy just did it specifically to denigrate the Jewish people as a whole and not just for the sex - but then it wouldn't be for the courts to decide. Leave it up to God to sort it out).
Unscrupulous, yes. Immoral, yes. Unlawful, no.
