ARIZONA SUPREME COURT EVADES MANDITORY DUTY TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR A VOID JUDGMENT IN RED LIGHT FRAUD

Arizona's high courts are now working in collusion with private enterprises to rob us and deny us legal redress. These are some of the key legal rulings which were included in my petition for review from the Arizona Supreme Court which they have choosen to ignore.

******Judgments entered (...)in violation of due process of law, must be set aside, Jaffe and Asher v. Van Brunt, S.D.N.Y.1994. 158 F.R.D.

******When rule providing for relief from void judgments is applicable, relief is not discretionary matter, but is mandatory, Orner v. Shalala, 30 F.3d 1307, ( Colo. 1994).

******"There is no discretion to ignore that lack of jurisdiction." Joyce v. US, 474 F2d 215.

****“The court is to protect against any encroachment of Constitutionally secured liberties.”It is the duty of the Courts to be watchful for the Constitutional Rights of the Citizens, and against any stealthy encroachments thereon. Their motto should be Obsta Principiis." Boyd v. United 116 U.S. 616 at 635 (1885)

****No higher duty rests upon this Court than to exert its full authority to prevent all violations of the principles of the Constitution." Downs v. Bidwell 182 U.S. 244 (1901)

Read my whole argument (http://www.scribd.com/doc/32492249/Az-Supreme-Court-Review) and tell everyone you know the state is broke and now believe that this justifies robbing, cheating and covering up their lawless ways to maintain their hold on power.   Thanks Stephen Kandik

You were expecting maybe justice?  The value of what you do is in making the gang with a flag openly expose itself for what it is.  Verdict: You won.  They took the loot.  Why do you think their robes are black?
