This was written two years ago. My few predictions there have come to pass, most notably people being trapped in their homes and unable to move to where a better (or any) job may be. To date, not a single person has faulted my premises, assumptions or logic. (Calling it socialist, or saying that it will not work, is not the same thing as seeing errors, though the allegations may be true) These people include at least 30 who make their living in real estate, law and/or finance.

Oh! A possible incidental side affect of my idea is that the Fed would be subverted, and would cease to exist, to be replaced by community owned banks
