STAR VALLEY LOSES PHOTO ENFORCEMENT CASE ON APPEAL
Gila County Superior Court Judge, Peter Cahill at an appeal hearing on April 5 reversed and remanded a finding of responsibility in a Star Valley Photo Enforcement Case because the complaint was not properly certified. Judge Cahill, at the hearing, was also critical of Town Attorney/Town Manager Tim Grier's practice of not making any witness available at trial for a defendant to properly cross examine and was also critical of Star Valley Magistrate Judge, John Huffman's admitting of Redflex-produced exhibits without proper foundation. Star Valley's Photo Enforcement System is a scam run by criminals, headed by an unethical lawyer, Tim Grier, who uses his position of power coupled with his financial interest to deprive citizens of their individual rights.

Statute of limitations has expired so charge can't be refiled. Thank you and congratulations. No matter how much a higher court justice rebukes the "judge" chances are he will never become aware of the ruling---unless you get hauled in on the same charges and demand a change of venue based upon the bias of the judge in you getting him rebuked.
This shows the value of knowing procedure, objecting and filing an appeal in a timely manner rather than just taking what is a forgone verdict in the kangaroo system.
